Die großzügige Aufteilung. Das Entgegenkommen des Verwalters bei Problemen.
Die Duschköpfe könnten mehr Wasser hergeben. Der Pool müsste besser gereinigt werden, da die Absauganlage wohl nicht richtig funktionierte. Die Toilettenspülung oben müsste überholt werden.

Expensive but ultimately worth it. Could do with some updating.
Great location first and foremost. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby. Set back from the street so it felt safe and self-contained. Great for families and kids.
No wifi, there is a connecting building with other occupants who could be noisy.

Lennon Villa ha sido un gran acierto. Ubicada a 5 minutos de la playa, cerca de las zonas de ocio y fiesta de la ciudad, y con supermecados, bares, restaurantes a escasos 50 metros. Su piscina, jardín, zona de barbacoa y hamacas hacen de esta villa un lugar idóneo para desconectar y divertirte con tus amigos en vacaciones, así como la casa totalmente equipada y muy espaciosa. En esta casa no hay tiempo para el aburrimiento. El propetario fue muy cercano y nos trató genial al igual que nosotros con él y la casa. No dudamos en que volveremos a Lennon Villa

#69317. Excellent Emplacement
Nous avons séjourné du 23 au 30 octobre dans la villa Casa Beatriz.
Les points positifs :
• Cette maison a un excellent emplacement.
• Proche d’une plage (3 minutes à pied), d’une rue réputée avec de nombreux bars, boites de nuit (1minutes à pied).
• Proche du centre de Albufeira (5 min en voiture),
• Villa très spacieuse, magnifique jardin avec piscine multiples transats et barbecue.
• Propriétaire présent et joignable à tout moment, sont passés à plusieurs reprises pour nous apporter des serviettes supplémentaires.
• Ils ont pris l’initiative de nous prêter des bouées gonflables.
Les points négatifs mais vraiment minime : Attention à la propreté dans la salle de bain du bas. De plus, il y a peu de pression dans cette douche et l'eau chaude est longue à venir.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa.

#68740. The best price and quality ratio
Very nice villa also for the families. Downstairs have one bedroom with queen size bed + bathroom. Upstairs two bedrooms with twins and one bathroom. All bedrooms have separate air conditions. Kitchen has all the basic things for eating/making dinner. Overall the Villa is not the newest one, but it is very clean and everything is working as it should. We were able to check-in a little bit earlier since there were no one living at the Villa on the day we came. Location is the best you can have. Within 500m there is Oura beach and the strip with lots of bars and restaurants. Spar supermarket is 100m, you can find all the basic things from the Spar. Aveiros beach, which is more smaller and suitable for small children is about 900m away. With car you can have day trips to local sightseeing (mountain, smaller towns, beaches etc.). Even though the strip is close you do not hear nice from there. However there can be slight noise during the night when the bars close and people walk to their apartments/hotels. But this is just for a few minutes. Pool area is very nice and suitable also for young children. The other side is 90cm deep, at the middle 110cm and then deepens up to 210cm. There also is an outdoor area to eat and very nice grill / barbaque place. I would definitely recommend this place to both families and group of young people who would like to have the best price and quality ratio: Usually with this price range you get much lower quality or / and much worse location.

The villa was very nice. It was located close to the strip and praia da oura. There were a supermarket and several cafés and bars around the corner. Great location! Check-in went smoothly. We definitely recommend this villa.

#68350. We had an amazing time at the Lennon Villa!
We had an amazing time at the Lennon Villa! We were with a group of 8 friends, and we asked for 2 extra beds, so nobody had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. We loved our time at the villa. We enjoyed the sun, swimming in the pool, and we also loved the big BBQ. The villa is located from a 1 minute walk to the strip, but we did not hear any loud music or noises at all. If you want to party at night, the villa is perfectly located. To visit the old town of Albufeira, we took a taxi (which only costs is 1 euro each), and the taxi pick up place is also only a 1 minute walk. The supermarket is located next door: so everything was all great and nearby. The service was absolutely amazing: Every 2 Days we got new towels, and the house got cleaned during the week as well. We had a great host, very kind, and I asked him a thousand questions which he answered all perfectly. I can recommand this Villa to everyone!
