Nous etions un groupe de 7 dans le cadre dun voyage "scolaire". Lappartement etait propre, spacieux et agreable. Il est situe dans une rue tres animee, ne convient pas pour des personnes qui souhaite etre au calme; mais tres bon endroit pour des jeunes et des fetards... Il est situe non loin du metro, tram, et centre ville. Nous le recommandons fortement surtout pour son faible prix. Tres bon sejour a Lisbonne!!
We stayed at the app for a long weekend, with a party of 9. The location is really cool: in the middle of Bairo Alto. But most of all: amidst cool bars and restaurant ranging from 'pub grub' to 'gourmet'. If you're not coming for the nightlife, you might have a hard time in weekends, since life really concentrates on the streets (not a problem if your're - like us - staying out until the break of dawn yourself :-)) When it comes to public transport, you're also as central as you can get. Buses, trams and Metro stations at your disposal and the main street is filled with taxis (at reasonable rates!). The appartment itself is more than fine. Spacious, even for 9, and all the facilities you'll need. WIFI is available (in all honousty: it was not functioning half of our stay, but this was not the owners fault). 2 bathrooms and enough bedrooms to house the largest of families. Ce qui est un atout pour les uns peut devenir un desagrement pour d'autres : l'appartement est dans une rue bien connue de la vie nocturne lisboète. En pratique, si vous avez l'intention de dormir le samedi soir avant 5 heures du matin...mieux vaut s'abstenir car Lisbonne ne fait pas dans la demi mesure cote fiesta.
We spent a great weekend in Lisboa. The apartment was really nice for 10 persons, very clean and a great location. The neighborhood was fun (music, bars and restaurants). We have been attended by very friendly people. Thanks a lot Tiago
We were a 9 people group and we were in Libson to party all weekend long. It was the best location to do that, in the heart of Bairro Alto. We've been very well welcomed and the flat was really clean and nice. We had a wonderful time!
Appartement sympathique, situe en plein coeur de Lisbonne. Un peu trop bruyant la nuit pour une famille mais parfait pour des jeunes qui font la fete!

Un apartamento perfecto para gente que tiene ganas de ir a visitar la ciudad y busca una base centrica y bien comunicada. Esta muy limpio y los duenos son muy amables. Es un apartamento antiguo, pero con todas las comodidades. A la hora de escogerlo se tiene que tener en cuenta su situacion, para lo bueno y para lo malo. Está en pleno Barrio Alto, zona de bares y vida nocturna, asi que obviamente se escucha un poco a la gente de la calle, pero nada que no se pueda aguantar. Aunque segun el vecino que te toque… Los banos son su punto mas flojo, en un bano un plato de ducha esta muy gastado y el otro no tiene mampara y acaba saliendo el agua. No hay lavavajillas.
We were 9 people staying in 2 apartments...we liked the stay, everything we needed was there, the street is quite crowdy (but we knew that before so that was no problem)....so we do recommend that place!
