#70136. I could easily recommend this for anyone
The flat is very nice, clean and well prepared for the guests. Aircon / Heating was working and was useful during our stay when temperature was changing up and down. I could easily recommend this for anyone. Quiet neighborhood, which requires using taxi/uber, but that was no problem for us.

#70119. Great stay. Clean and beautiful apartment!
the apartment is realky nice. Very clean, good location and the check in was smooth. Host met us to give us the keys and showed us around, even though we arrived later than expected he waited for us and was really friendly and professional. The wifi works very well and is fast. We loved staying at Akicity and would recommend it to everyone who is visiting Lisbon.

Ficamos 4 noites e 5 dias e a experiência não poderia se melhor! Desde à comunicação com os anfitriões ao apartamento em si! Apartamento recém reformado, espaçoso, iluminado, decoração de bom gosto, varanda ao redor da sala e quartos, com portas de cortinas automáticas (que bloqueiam bem a luz, ótimo para dormir). Toalhas novas, bons lençóis, cozinha bem equipada. Ar-condicionado e calefação em todos os cômodos e com temperaturas individuais. Dois quartos com cama de casal e 1 sofá-cama na sala. Primeiro andar, com elevador no prédio. Vizinhança silenciosa, bairro residencial. Mini-mercado embaixo do prédio, que facilita muito as compras necessárias para a estadia. Os pequenos percalços que surgiram foram prontamente resolvidos pela equipe. Um especial agradecimento aos anfitriões, sempre muito atenciosos e educados! Indico muito o apartamento e me hospedarei novamente quando voltar à Lisboa!

O apartamento é incrível, muito bem equipado e aconchegante! Acomoda perfeitamente 6 pessoas e conta com um ar condicionado em cada cômodo, o que foi essencial para aguentarmos o frio português! A equipe foi muito atenciosa e nos deixou fazer checkin mais cedo e nos ajudou quando estávamos com problemas no chuveiro ! Voltaremos mais vezes

Lovely, newly refurbished apartment with good design, clean modern Ikea style and good ameneties. The balcony is really nice too. We were probably the first people to use it so it felt slightly un-lived in but it is an a very comfortable and relaxing place.
