From Faro Airport, take N125 until you reach Olhão.

Good interior which was clean with plenty of towels. Kitchen had good equipment and provisions for cleaning. Locaction does mean walking 20 mins to sea front but super market 5 mins away. Bit confusing with check in but otherwise but recommend.

This place have potential but not in current condition. Contact with agency is ok, but they dont know reality of the place, eg I recived info that WIFI is avaible. The key to the apartament you will recived from old women (naightbour) who is only Potugal speeking. First what you feel in the apartament is smell of old furniture and curtains. There is also lots of dust, spiders web and cockroaches (life and deatch) and personal things after prev locator. The location of the apartament is about 15min by walk from the train station, but i dont feel safe in this area.

La casa é gestita da un’agenzia, non direttamente dai proprietari che si limitano solo a darti le chiavi e a spiegarti le cose basiche che possono essere utili per il soggiorno. Il fatto che sia un’agenzia a gestire l’appartamento fa si che la comunicazione sia rapida ma non troppo efficace, ore dopo aver prenotato infatti mi comunicavano che il check-in sarebbe stato alle 17 e non alle 13 come riportato nella pagina Airbnb dopo molte email finalmente mi hanno confermato l’entrata alle 13! La casa é molto sporca, ci sono ragnatele e colonie di ragni in salotto, bagno e cucina, la lampada sul tavolo da pranzo é un cumulo di ragnatele e polvere. La casa ha un’odore molto forte, di vecchio, infatti vi si possono trovare tutte le bambole e i soprammobili di quello che sarà stato l’inquilino nei 30 anni precedenti. La cucina ha un’odore forte di pesce e di cibo avariato. Abbiamo comprato la candeggina e abbiamo lavato tutto accuratamente prima di cucinare e usare il bagno . I letti sono scomodissimi, quello singolo cigola al minimo movimento e il materasso é durissimo con le molle quasi a vista inoltre sotto al letto singolo ci sono molte cose ortopediche appartenute forse al precedente inquilino, il letto matrimoniale sta in piedi per miracolo e il materasso non é migliore di quello singolo. Avrebbero potuto spendere qualche euro all’ikea per i materassi e i letti e svuotare la casa da tante cose vecchie. La camera da letto matrimoniale non ha finestra ma un ventilatore. L’appartamento é in un condominio molto degradato, quando ti affacci alla finestra vedi quello che avrebbe voluto essere una piscina con giardino oramai in disuso da almeno 20 anni, inoltre quando arrivi sembra di essere in una zona alquanto pericolosa e malfamata. Non siamo scappati a gambe levate perché non avevamo trovato altri possibili alloggi in quei giorni a Olhao.

Petit appartement à côté de la zone industrielle, le quartier n’est pas très beau mais il y a des magasins à proximité. je reproche surtout l’odeur dans l’appartement, meme en ouvrant les fenêtres. le four pratiquement impossible à allumer, car au gaz, pas d’eau chaude jusqu’au dernier jour. Aucune explication pour rien, car ce n’est meme pas Sara qui nous a accueilli, mais une dame qui ne parlait QUE portugais. il y a une jolie vu de la fenetre sur l’ocean, mais pas de plage à proximité. Sinon bon rapport qualité prix malgré les problèmes rencontrés.
