Nice appartement, close to the metro, great connection to the city center and airport. Nice and quiet neighborhood, various shops, supermarket and cafés available at walking distance. Regarding the appartement, nice terrace, kitchen well equipped. I would recommend to leave more towels in bathrooms. There was a small issue with hot water in the appartement on our first day, that was solved a day later. Overall, we had a nice stay and we would come back to this appartement.

Appartamento molto bello, nuovo, perfettamente equipaggiato di tutto. Zona leggermente distante dal centro: 20min con i mezzi e 40min a piedi. Abbiamo avuto qualche disguido con il check-in che però è stato prontamente risolto.
Aspetti positivi: pulizia, comunicazione, posizione, rapporto qualità-prezzo.

El apartamento es grande, con todas los utensilios necesarios de cocina y en el salón. Tiene una preciosa terraza y grande para disfrutar en verano. Está ubicado a 5 minutos de la parada del Metro y se puede aparcar en la calle, zona verde, pagando de lunes a viernes y gratis los sábados y domingos. Puedes ir andando al centro de la ciudad, dando un paseo de unos 15 o 20 minutos. La zona es tranquila.
No me gustó que esté ubicado en un sótano. Por la noche algún día oíamos a gente trasnochadora o madrugadora que estaban en la calle porque las ventanas dan a las aceras literalmente, pero nada drástico, pues yo dormí en general bien. No tiene calefacción, cuentas con varios radiadores eléctricos, lo que hace que la casa sea algo fría.

Excelente opción de departamento en Lisboa bien ubicado y con una decoración exquisita. El departamento está totalmente renovado, es cómodo, limpio y muy bien equipado, incluyendo wifi. Cuenta con una linda terraza interior. El edificio es tranquilo y seguro, al igual que el barrio, que además ofrece opciones de restaurantes locales, pastelerías y supermercados cerca. También paraderos para tomar tranvía o bus muy cercanos, o simplemente caminar pocos kilómetros hacia el centro. El personal a cargo de las reservas, coordinaciones y entrega es muy amable y eficiente y tuvieron la gentileza de esperarnos hasta la media noche para un "late check in", sin costo adicional. Buena relación precio/calidad. Muy recomendable!
