House is great located. 5min to the restaurant and beach. Also really close to the center. But location is quite so you can relaxe as much as you need. There were friendly neighbors and cats. We enjoyed stay there with our dogs a lot!

Couple points to know: (1) this is at Meia Praia (Meia Beach), 4-5 km from Lagos old town; actually, during daylight, you can jog on the beach into Lagos, but this is not in the center of town - you need a car; (2) the unit is a rather modest 1BR, kitchen, bathroom and living room, but with a nice backyard patio - sort of 1 or 2 star lodgings; (3) but great value; (4) a little hard to find - representative met us at the petrol station across from the Hotel Vila Gale and led us along some dirt roads behind the Iberostar Lagos Algarve to get to the unit, which is tucked away a couple minutes walk on a little path behind Restaurante Jadim, past Atelier Azul of artist Brigitte von Humboldt (her house looks amazing, hidden behind jungle foliage). But if these don't faze you, the lodgings are fine. We used it as a base for walking around Lagos, doing the cliff walks around Ponta da Piedade (we parked at the Lagos Marina), and dining at the terrific Casa do Prego, karaoke at the Bar Lionheart and dancing at the Bon Vivant Bar.

El alojamiento es simplemente fantástico! pequeñito, pero con la habitación muy cómoda, y bien equipada. en la casa hacía un poquito de frio en las tardes/noches, pero había un calefactor con el que templar la casa, más que suficiente y mantas de sobra para la noche. El emplazamiento, es algo apartado, pero para nosotros fue un punto a favor, ya que así no teníamos molestias de nadie, ni nosotros molestábamos con nuestros perros (fuimos con 2 perros). Sin duda, cuando volvamos al algarve, miraré de repetir en este alojamiento.

The room is exactly as stated in the description. We were three guys, bite the room was still large enough. The beach is only a five minute walk away, but the city center is about 10 minutes away by car

The stay at this apartment was short, but worth it. Price was good, distance to the beach short and everything you need. Little small for 3 people, but we enjoyed it a lot! Would come back for some more days!

This was a very basic property for the price charged. No homely extras you get in genuine air bnb apartments (such as condiments). This was more like a holiday rental. The shower was a little schizophrenic when switched on. No tv, no wifi (very sparse 4G too). The little old man in the end house was lovely though and left us a happy holiday sign. The other good point was the proximity to the beach. Just down a back lane. If you want to be in the hub of things, this apartment is a bit far out. You need to drive to most restaurants/bars or face a 50 minute walk. Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed in, just a little too basic for the price.

Perfect little place for a beach getaway -- steps from relaxing Meia Praia. (Email hidden by Airbnb) and the host were easy to communicate with. We called the host, as instructed, 1 hr prior to arrival and she graciously picked us up from the train. The unit was very clean, plenty of space, nice shared patio with table in rear and in front of house. Was helpful to have access to a washing machine and drying rack! Coffee maker and water kettle were welcome amenities. We had neighbors in shared unit, but didn't hear much noise at all. The street is also very quiet. It is an easy walk down to the beach via a dirt path. The path is dark at night, but we used our cellphone flashlight and were fine. There is a nearby small town grocery so you can pick up a few essentials or snacks for the beach. Just north of the beach is the train/bus stop for quick transport to Lagos or back toward Tunes via CP. We ate out at the nearby restaurants in the evening -- delicious food within walking distance. We are already dreaming of returning to stay at Spyro Green Villa again!!
