Directions
From Faro Airport take the IC4 and then the N125 to N396 in Quarteira. Continue on the N396 until you reach the Urbanização Quinta do Romão, where the villa is.
Neighborhood
Quarteira has 2km blue flag beaches, an extensive land and fantastic weather all year. Right next to it is Vilamoura, famous for being one of the largest resorts across Europe, through which tourists from around the world go, especially in summer. The Marina, next to the beach, is a must to see the various luxury craft, shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants.

#74630. Lovely little 2 story place
Lovely little 2 story place with its own garden, patio and BBQ. Sun beds are provided. There is a shared pool you have use of at a local hotel a short walk away. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Coffee machine is a Delta Q which I think is a Portuguese make, but you can get the capsules at the local store about 400 Mtrs away. Hot water is fast and plentiful, this place even has a bath, which is very rare in my experience. Communication was good, any questions and you only have to message and the host will get back to you within an hour or so. The free Wi-Fi is pretty fast (40-50 MPS) TV not so. Only 7 channels and all in Portuguese. There is air-con in both bedrooms but no cooling system at all in the main living area which was the only drawback to the whole stay. The area is very quiet and safe, 3 cats look after the street which seem to have been adopted by the locals. 10 minute walk to the beach or marina

Erst das positive, das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Ob zum Strand oder auf die Promenade. Der Pool ist im Hotel nebenan (150m) zu erreichen. Wir haben auch im Hotel gefrühstückt (5,50€) pro Person. Nicht üppig aber ganz in Ordnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, wie es scheint wurde auch wenig am im Haus gemacht. Die Zimmer waren groß genug aber nichts gemütlich. Alles roch etwas „ muffig“ . Es hätte auch den Anschein, das nur oberflächlich gereinigt wurde. Die beiden Badezimmer sind mehr als Renovierungsbedürftig. In derKüche ist so gut wie nichts. Alles muss besorgt werden. Wir haben nur die Gläser benutzt, denn die Terrasse war wirklich sehr schön, um Abends noch ein Gläschen zu trinken. Das war auch nötig, denn nebenan die eine Straße die gut befahren wird. Nachts wird die Ruhe zudem noch von mehren Hunden gestört, die jedesmal bellen, wenn einer auf der Straße am Haus vorbeigeht. Insgesamt waren wir insbesondere von der Sauberkeit und der alten Einrichtung nicht begeistert und würden die Wohnung nicht nochmal mieten.

Very nice villa located close to shops and the beach in a quiet area. The house was clean and well-equipped and communication was excellent before and during the trip.
