Fui com minha família (5 pessoas no total) e acomodou muito bem. Tudo estava limpo e local com fácil locomoção para todos os cantos de Portugal.

Great spot. It was clean and spacious. Good location, though there is a little street noise so careful if you are sensitive to that sort of thing at bedtime. They were very flexible with early check-in, which was appreciated. Check-in isn't completely hands-free, you need to meet someone there which can be a little tedious. Overall great little apartment.

Location made it all - it's walkable distance to any spot in the city (if you're not scared of the hills). It's not in the middle of hot tourism like Alfama or Chiado, but not in remote residential areas either. Principe real is a well-balanced combination of tourists, expats, digital nomads, and locals. Did I already mention you can walk anywhere in the city from there? :) The apartment is recently renovated, so it's neat and clean. Although it's located on a rather heavy traffic street, it's pretty quiet in the apartment due to double-pane windows. The kitchen is new and well equipped which comes handy for long-term staying. The internet speed is great, so we were able to work during our almost two month stay with no issues. There are plenty of amazing restaurants and bar close by.

Malgré nos 19h de retard dû à l'annulation de notre avion, l'hôte est resté très compréhensif et disponible pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions et s'adapter à notre heure d'arrivée. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre grand et confortable pour 4 personnes. Et surtout il est parfaitement bien situé au coeur du quartier chic de Lisbonne, nous avons tout fait à pied ! Petit bémol sur le mécanisme de la serrure à l'entrée de l'immeuble, mais ne prenez pas peur, on s'y fait plus vite qu'on ne le croit :D !!
