Located less than 1 km from Santa Apolonia and also very close to city centre. Clean apartment, well stocked with basics, quiet neighborhood and extremely quick responses from the host. To me, the last part was particularly impressive. Would definitely recommend this place.

Ottima soluzione per una famiglia da 5 o 6 persone. Appartamento moderno e molto ben equipaggiato. Due bagni, cabina armadio, terrazzìna, cucina funzionale e molto ben attrezzata… davvero confortevole anche per chi desidera gestire colazioni e pasti in casa. Ottima aria condizionata. Zona molto tranquilla e ben servita (il bus 735 serve bene la zona, collega bene al centro, alle metro e quindi all’Aereoporto, ed evita ripide salite soprattutto con i bagagli). Servizio di hosting professionale e reattivo. Davvero nulla di cui lamentarsi.

Lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood. Away from busy tourist areas but still close enough to walk. Very clean and had all amenities. It would have been nice to have a few staples (salt, pepper). A great kitchen to cook your own meals. Very comfortable space for 2 couples with a sofa bed for 2 more if needed.

Everything was great and as shown on the images. Strongly recommend for long-term stays. Upon our arrival we got two keys as requested, and communication was very efficient. The location is really nice. It is approximately 5-10 minutes from Graca, on top of a hill with three great viewpoints (Miradouros) over Lisbon (two over the city center and one facing up the river) and and 5-10 minutes from Alfama (old part of the city with lots of restaurants and narrow streets). It is located on a one-way street with not a lot of traffic and little noise, while the "main street" is a parallell street 2 minutes away. Concerning public transport, the Santa Apolonia train station with trains outbound north (Porto, Coimbra ++) are a 5 minute walk downhill. Moreover, bus route 735 heading uphill to Sapadores/Penha Franca/Alameda (next to IST campus) is a 1 minute walk away. It takes approx. 20-25 minutes to walk to the city center (Baixa) through Alfama and along the river and 30-35 minutes to Chiado/Cais do Sodre. I also recommend visiting some of the local restaurants in the neighborhood - they are really good!
