#75908. A very pleasant experience

Great place, comfortable, clean, with great appliances (everything is new). The look of the place is also very modern and has the best of the classic Ilea-vibe. The four singles can accomodate a family or friends. Unfortunately the common room is very small and the kitchen, while well-equipped is small. You either cook or eat. The real negative point are the two bathrooms without windows. The signs of humidity are evident and the smell of sewer comes up at times. There is no AC, only two big fans, but it was never needed, actually the nights are fresh, and the apartment very well ventilated. Overall a very pleasant experience.

#75907. Location is great

This apartment's location is great if you want to avoid the more touristy center. There's access to public transportation nearby and a lot of nice cafes to start the day at. We rented a car and found that parking is very difficult to find. I'm from Manhattan and found it more difficult than finding street parking back home. However there's a parking lot nearby--like two blocks away--that was relatively cheap (a lot cheaper than NYC) that we used a ton and was great for peace of mind. The bedrooms are kinda small, but look exactly like the pictures. The place is clean, I would say spotless but there is an issue with ventilation in the bathrooms (aside from the issues, it's great that there are two!) which is leading to mold on the ceiling. I alerted the host and she assured that the cleaners would get to this, so hopefully this isn't a problem for future guests. Otherwise the host was excellent! We rented this place last minute and she was an absolute lifesaver with respect to that.

El apartamento es tal como lo describen las fotos, lo encontramos limpio y organizado y la anfitriona estuvo pendiente de todos los requerimientos. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Great stay, thank you. Clean, comfortable and modern flat. Good mixture of private and communal space for our group. (FYI for folks who are very noise sensitive, the planes were sometimes a little noisy but it didn't affect our enjoyment of the visit or sleep.)

Great place for a short stay in Lisbon. The owner was really helpful. Definitely stay again if ever I'm in Lisbon.

#74035. Bien comunicada

El apartamento tal cuál las fotos, muy bien, la comunicación no fue cómo esperaba, después de haber sufrido una estafa con otro alojamiento no se nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes de la hora de entrada y tuvimos que ir con las mochilas cargadas hasta las 15 horas, cuando el alojamiento ya estaba preparado. Zona un poco lejos del centro, pero bien comunicada, cerca del aeropuerto, toda la noche escuchando los aviones llegar y salir.
