If at the top of your list of musts, there is a location...this is your apartment. Historic and nightlife Lisbon centre. Black Pepper is one of the four "Pepper's" apartments that you can find here. All of them are in the same building. Which makes it a great Lisbon apartment for large groups. There is room for all of you!
This vacation rental in Bairro Alto has 4 bedrooms, 2 WC's, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (with a coffee machine). The rooms aren't very big but they're comfortable. Up to 8 people can stay in the apartment, with internet access and Satelite TV.
And this is not only about nightlife. Bairro Alto is known for its multicultural activities, this is the neighbourhood where students and artists get together. The trendy shops are all here too. During the day you can check out the views from São Pedro de Alcântara's or Adamastor's viewpoint while drinking a beer. Oh... Do you prefer wine? Have a glass at Grapes & Bites wine-tasting bar instead.
You're now in the heart of Lisbon, go head by foot to the Príncipe Real where you can find gay-friendly bars, galleries, and a park with exotic plants. Or go down to Cais do Sodré to get to know more of the alternative Lisbon nightlife.
Bear in mind that Bairro Alto has a vibrant nightlife, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, so there is a chance of more noise and movement, especially on these days. Apartment not suitable for children.
One last tip...the owner of Black Pepper has a bar that specialized in Caipirinhas ;)

Directions
From Lisbon Airport, catch the metro to São Sebastião (red line). Exit in Alameda. There, catch the metro to Cais do Sodré (green line) and exit in Baixa-Chiado. The apartment is 500 meters away. However, a good alternative is to take a taxi or Uber from the airport.
Nearest car park: Chiado (600 meters on foot, 10 minutes by car).
Neighborhood
A lot of them near by! Glória's and Bica's Elevator, Adamastor's viewpoint, Santa Catarina's viewpoint, Baixa Pombalina... Also don't loose the opportunity to pick a ride on the legendary Tram 28. To go to a Fado's night (Portugal's most famous music genre) at the restaurant "A Tasca do Chico" while drink some portuguese wine or visit "A Brasileira", one of the oldest coffee shop in town and the choice of the great poet, Fernando Pessoa.

If you are looking for a stay in Lisbon as a group of friends, choose this apartment! In the heart of Bairo Alto and has a nightlife, easy to get to and move around Lisbon. The communication was fast and easy, and the apartment has all the necessary for the comfortable stay!

Está bien situado pero recomendamos llevar tapones para los que duermen en las habitaciones que dan a la calle exterior, porque además las ventanas no cierran bien. Es un barrio muy animado por la noche. El apartamento un poco justo para 9. Tuvimos un problema los dos primeros días con el agua caliente. Lo arreglaron pero aun así fallaba de vez en cuando y sólo podíamos ducharnos en uno de los baños. Los colchones son de muelles, nada cómodos y la wifi va cuando quiere. Tenemos que reconocer que al menos estaba limpio.

This apartment is in a great location, surrounded by bars cafes and restaurants and a short walk or cheap taxi from anywhere you want to go. It was ideal for us as a group of 4, but would be just as comfortable with double the amount of people, lots of space and very comfortable. The communication was great and very accommodating, especially helping us out with the check-in time. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting Lisbon!

Le suivi, l'accueil et l'appartement sont parfaits. L'appartement est idealement place, en plein coeur de la vie Lisboete. La cuisine equipee est un plus, ainsi que les 2 salles de bain. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. L'hote est tres accueillant et vous aidera au moindre probleme.

Tres bien situe dans Bairrio alto, dans une rue animee Organisation de l'appart pratique. Un peu bruyant et les 2 fauteuils a revoir , mais on ne va pas a Lisbonne pour s'assoir dans un fauteuil.
