Day 1 | Alfama, Sé, Terreiro do Paço, Chiado, Cais do Sodré

09H: Start your stay in Lisbon by visiting the famous Alfama neighborhood. It is the oldest district in the city and one of the most popular. This neighborhood remained intact during the earthquake of 1755, and here you will find several shops and museums.
10h30: We suggest you visit the Fado Museum , a typical Portuguese music style.
12H: Head down to the Lisbon Cathedral on the famous tram 28 . This monument was built in 1147, under the command of the first king of Portugal, and has survived several earthquakes and has been considered a National Monument since 1910.
13H: After the Cathedral, we recommend you to walk through the beautiful Rua Augusta, full of shops and restaurants, and appreciate the view from the Arco da Rua Augusta Viewpoint . Then, visit the famous Praça do Comércio, rebuilt by Marquês de Pombal after the 1755 earthquake. This area, also known as Terreiro do Paço, is one of the most known in Lisbon . Here you can find several coffees and outdoor terraces with a stunning view of the Rio Tejo.
14H30: Walk to Chiado - situated in the historical area of Lisbon and rehabilitated by the well-known architect Siza-Vieira - here, you can find several shops and museums. You can also find the prestigious São Carlos National Theatre and the famous Santa Justa Lift .
17H30: Finally, why not go down to Cais do Sodré and have dinner at the popular Time Out Market ? Cais do Sodré is one of the places with the city's biggest nightlife.
Day 2 | Graça, Castelo de São Jorge, Panteão e Bairro Alto
10H: On your second day, we suggest that you visit the Graça neighborhood, known for its unique atmosphere, characteristic of Lisbon , and located on the highest hill in the city. Here you will find several traditional Portuguese stores. Being in the Graça neighborhood, it is impossible not to enjoy the view from the famous Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. Also, take the opportunity to visit the Convento da Graça!
12H: After your visit to the Graça , go to São Jorge Castle , considered a national monument with more than eight centuries of history, ideal for family visits!
15H: Go down to the National Pantheon , also known as the Church of Santa Engrácia, where you can observe an extraordinary view over the Rio Tejo. The famous Feira da Ladra flea market is located nearby and is ideal for those who like to find small treasures.
17H: To finish your second day, we recommend you go to Bairro Alto , one of the most famous neighborhoods in town. Here you can go to the Santa Catarina Viewpoint and later have a drink in one of the several bars in this area.
Day 3 | Belém
10H: Start your day at MAAT (Museum of Art, Architecture, and Technology) , located in front of the Tagus River and inaugurated in 2016, which became one of the most popular places in the country.
12H: Afterwards, enjoy a good lunch and, for dessert, taste the famous Pastéis de Belém .
13H: After lunch, head to Jerónimos Monastery , considered since 1907 national patrimony and since 1983 world patrimony of UNESCO. It is undoubtedly one of the city's main tourist attractions and a masterpiece of Portuguese architecture.
14h30: In a short walk, go to the Monument of Discoveries , created in 1940 and rebuilt in 1950, the year that marked the 500 years of the Portuguese Discoveries. After, we suggest you visit the iconic Belém Tower and its garden. In this area, you will find several street artists.
15h30: If you are an art and culture lover, the CCB - Centro Cultural de Belém é uma excelente opção.
17h30: On your way back to the city center, we suggest you go to Village Underground - a creative space dedicated to Portuguese artists-. We also recommend you visit the LX Factory, where you can find several bars and restaurants.
