Appartement correspondant à la description. On a eu du mal à ouvrir la porte d'entrée malgré les explications le premier soir. Il faudrait voir également au niveau du débit d'eau ainsi que la température car c'était un peu problématique lorsque nous étions plusieurs à prendre une douche en même temps.

#76402. We had a pretty enjoyable stay
Overall a comfortable and well-appointed apartment. The location is a bonus, as it's very walkable to the centre(Rossio). We are a party of four adults, staying for 10 days during the Xmas/New year period. However, there are two issues I need to highlight for those considering this property. First, hot water in one of the bathroom did not work properly during the first few days of our stay. The water temperature is first boiling hot then turns icy cold. (This very same issue was also mentioned in the previous comment.) We contacted the host and he tried to find a technician immediately. In addition, the capacity of water heater is not sufficient for four to continuously take a hot shower. Each has to wait 15 to 30 minutes for their turn before the tank got refilled. The second issue is the mouldy smell in the room with the ensuite bathroom. Opening up the window only makes the matter worse as the air outside also smells foul. Other than those two issues, we had a pretty enjoyable stay.

#76343. Una muy bonita estadía
Departamento amplio, moderno y bastante cerca del centro a tres plantas por escalera. Éramos 5 y la persona que durmió en el salón no estuvo muy cómoda por los ruidos de la calle ya que pasan tranvías y autobuses por la puerta. Tambien tuvimos problemas con unas de las duchas que no pudimos regular el agua y solo salía hirviendo, por lo que tuvimos que turnarnos los 5 para bañarnos en el otro baño y fue un poco incómodo. Por lo demás bonito piso, remodelado a nuevo y calentito para el invierno. Echamos un poco de menos algo de sal, café, aceite y papel higiénico. Muy buena comunicación con los anfitriones sobre todo a la llegada que nos hemos demorado un poco y nos atendieron perfectamente. En general una muy bonita estadía.

#76333. The location and apartment worked well
We stayed for a month to try out remote working and the location and apartment worked well. Internet was good and working spaces were ok for two of us. The apartment is in a nice area, less touristy, although the 28 tram goes right past the door and it is only 10mins walk to Alfama. We found some nice very local restaurants: CaJa Pasta Fresca Italians was excellent and cheap Italian, Carvoaria Jacto for really good steaks, A Taberna do Mar for fantastic 10 course seafood tasting menu and Pastelaria Milorde for morning coffee and cake.

#76078. We had a very pleasant stay
We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is nice an clean and beautifully renovated. There is no lift and we did not find the apartment no on the doors inside. Overall great. (Would have liked to have basic salt, pepper, olive oil and coffee in kitchen as a bonus.) the 2 ND bedroom has no cupboard. Bit noisy if windows are open but all the aircons works well. The host is a good host
