It features a walk-in closet, a TV, air conditioning, floor heating, automatic blackout shades, and a nice view of the pool and garden. There is also a spacious private terrace to enjoy!
This 3-story villa is charming and spacious, equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday! Air conditioning, wi-fi, floor heating, a refrigerator with water dispenser, a stove, a coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are just some of the amenities available. The common spaces, like the dining area, living room and office area, have room for everybody. This is a smart house with control panel for lights and automatic shades management. Outside you can find a nice garden and a heated private swimming pool!
