This 3-story villa is charming and spacious, equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday, including wi-fi, air conditioning, floor heating, and a kitchen with amenities like a refrigerator with water dispenser, stove, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine. The common spaces, like the dining area, living room and office area, have room for everybody. This is a smart house with control panel for lights and automatic shades management. Outside you can find a nice garden and a private swimming pool!
