We had a pleasant stay
Excellent location.There is amazing view from the balcony. 50m away there are at least 5 restourants , one of them with live FADO music. The host is friendly and helpful.
Impossible to find parking.All doors in the apartment were with broken locks.

Very good location near the historical center, walking distance to important points, view of the river from the balcony. Possibility of midnight check-in and midday check-out.
The beds were not very comfortable, the bathroom would need little maintenance. But this is not a big problem, we were satisfied here and we can recommend this accommodation.

Voyage en famille de 5 jours. Appartement très bien placé proche Castelo Saint Georges et place du Commerce. Rue passante mais pas trop bruyante le soir. Comme dans tout appartement les voisins sont dessus et à côté ...mais pas trop bruyant non plus. 3 chambres et deux salles de bain, au troisième étage (sans ascenseur). Déco conforme aux photos, bois et céramique. Bon confort de literie. Attention les volets ne ferment pas très bien donc un peu de jour dans les chambres (cela peut gêner certains). Wifi fonctionne parfaitement

Buen trato y casa en zona inmejorable. Me gustaron la puertas antiguas de las habitaciones y la presión del agua. Las vistas al Tajo y tener 2 baños. La casa tiene algunos achaques, pero nada reseñable o que no sea normal en una casa antigua.
No tener GPS porque el operador de mi móvil no trabaja en Portugal. Algún taxista antipático y solo 1 simpático. Muy bien los tuk-tuk, gente joven, resolutiva y simpática (saludos a Gonzalo el surfero)

Negatief: De trappen lopen, liefst 60 treden. Wat ik niet heb gezien is een noodtrap of rookmelders. Er was heel veel lawaai vanuit de straat en de bedden waren hard of kraakten. Het hele appartement is gedateerd, zeker de badkamer. Ondanks al deze dingen hebben we genoten. Er zullen andere eisen aan een appartement in Nederland of Portugal zijn.
El personal muy amable, respondieron súper rápido a todas nuestras dudas y nos permitieron quedarnos en el apartamento hasta la tarde sin ninguna pega. La ubicación muy buena, aunque hay una buena cuesta que subir, está en medio de Alfama.
We had a pleasant stay at the host's Apartment in this typical, lively and picturesque neighborhood. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Food and stuff can be bought at a small supermarket near the apartment. We got the keys from a guy who works in the Restaurant downstairs, and he was very helpful. He even carried our luggage up to the third floor ☺️. We loved having a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view of the Sé Catedral, the river and, of course, the tram rattling up and down the street.

Brak możliwości parkowania w okolicy - brak miejsc parkingowych, jakiegokolwiek oficjalnego parkingu.
Magnifique appartement avec cachet. Avec vue sur le Tage et la cathédrale. Pas trop bruyant malgré la position centrale et le passage du mythique tram 28. Et un restaurant sans prétention extraordinaire juste en bas (Rio Coura). Une bonne raison d'éviter de faire à manger.
