All of them are in the same building. So if you are looking for a Lisbon apartment for large groups, this is the one!
This Short term rental apartment in Bairro Alto has 5 bedrooms! 4 double and 1 single with two beds plus 1 sofa bed in the cozy living room. 2 WC's and a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine included. The entire building has internet and satellite TV. Up to 10 persons can stay in the apartment.
And this is not only about nightlife. Bairro Alto is known for multicultural activities, this is the neighbourhood where students and artists get together. The trendy shops are all here too. During the day you can check out the views from São Pedro de Alcântara's or Adamastor's viewpoint while drinking a beer. Oh... Do you prefer wine? Have a glass on Grapes & Bites wine-tasting bar instead.
You're now in the heart of Lisbon, go head by foot to the Príncipe Real where you can find gay-friendly bars, galleries, and a park with exotic plants. Or go down to Cais do Sodré to get to know more of the alternative Lisbon nightlife.
Bear in mind that Bairro Alto has a vibrant nightlife, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, so there is a chance of more noise and movement, especially on these days. Apartment not suitable for children.
One last tip...the owner of Red Pepper has a bar that specialized in Caipirinhas ;)

Directions
From Lisbon Airport, catch the metro to São Sebastião (red line). Exit in Alameda. There, catch the metro to Cais do Sodré (green line) and exit in Baixa-Chiado. The apartment is 500 meters away. However, a good alternative is to take a taxi or Uber from the airport.
Nearest car park: Chiado (600 meters on foot, 10 minutes by car).
Neighborhood
A lot of them near by! Glória's and Bica's Elevator, Adamastor's viewpoint, Santa Catarina's viewpoint, Baixa Pombalina... Also don't loose the opportunity to pick a ride on the legendary Tram 28. To go to a Fado's night (Portugal's most famous music genre) at the restaurant "A Tasca do Chico" while drink some portuguese wine or visit "A Brasileira", one of the oldest coffee shop in town and the the choice of the great poet, Fernando Pessoa.

Situation proche des transports en commun, restaurants, bar, etc.. On peut faire la fête sans prendre la voiture.
Les lits un peu vieillissants tout comme la décoration et la salle de bains.

La ubicación perfecta.
Viajamos 11, por lo que tuvimos que solicitar una cama extra, por la cual nos cobraron y sin embargo no pudimos usar debido a que estaba completamente rota (el somier estaba remediado con cinta adhesiva por todo cuanto sitio había). A pesar de todo, nos apañamos para dormir, pero nos sorprendió que no cobrarán por algo que era lógico que no iba a dar el servicio..

Appartement trés bien situé pour profitez des nuits animé de Lisbonne. Les salles de bain sont petite mais il reste tres conviviable pour un groupe d'amis . L'acceuil c'est tres bien passer et il ont fait l'effort de s'adapter a notre heure d'arriver. Il y a un petit restaurant juste en dessous de l'appart qui est sympa. Tres bon souvenirs je recommande pour un groupe d'amis et je pense y retourner.

We had a good stay in the Red Pepper Apartment. As others have said, it is in the middle of the Bairro Alto district so it's best if you're also planning on staying up late! That said, closing the doors and shutters does a pretty good job at keeping the noise out. Essentially I would say this accommodation is great for a group of people who want to stay somewhere central together at a good price.

Nous avons passe une semaine a 10 dans l'appartement, essentiellement pour faire la fete, et le quartier s'y pretait parfaitement. De plus sa localisation nous permettait aussi de profiter de Lisbonne les journees! Nous avons ete bien acceuillis, et l'appartement correspondait a la description (de plus il y a 2 sdb avec wc + douche et donc 2 douches, et non une seule comme indiquee!). Merci!

Appartement rustique mais propre, situe dans LE quartier anime de Lisbonne (donc bruit dans la rue jusqu'a tard ! Ideal pour fetards !) Proprios tres simples et discrets, bonne literie !
