We had a great stay. There were 4 beds and 1 couch. It was a 7 minute walk to the center of Faro. Al the kitchenware you need was there. We got 2 pair of keys. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Prepare for some cold nights in January!

Except for the evening curfew on the noise we were allowed to make(considering it was a prime residential area) the apartment was well located and helped the 6 of us to enjoy a comfortable stay at Faro :) we would definitely want to visit Faro again

Walking distance to the Faro center, also close to the supermarket. Nice setup - living room can be easily used as convenient separate bedroom for one couple/family.
Floor could be cleaner.
Dies Ausstattung war sehr modern und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage der Wohnung war recht gut. Man konnte sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto alles wichtige schnell und unkompliziert aufsuchen.
Leider ist die Tür zur Straße defekt. Man kann diese mit den Schlüsseln nicht öffnen! Jedoch klappt es mit ordentlich Schwung und Körpermasse.
Die Lage war top, vor allem konnte man kurz zu Fuß zum Markt/Supermarkt oder auch ins Stadtzentrum. Parkplätze müssten von 9-19:00 bezahlt werden, aber an einem Tag funktionierte der Automat nicht und wir haben keinen Strafzettel bekommen.
Die Übergabe fand durch die freundliche Putzfrau statt- die ausschließlich portugiesisch spricht. War manchmal schwer. In der Küche haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine o.ä. vermisst, haben dann eine italienische gekauft. Das Bad müffelt, ist für 4 recht klein und mit der Wassertemperatur und dem -druck muss man Glück haben...
Mooi appartement met veel voorzieningen op een goede locatie. Het adres klopte niet helemaal, maar nadat we contact hadden met de verhuurder kwamen we er wel uit. :)

Négatif: Appartement mal isolé , très chaud en été, il manque la climatisation.
Emplacement bien au as loin du centre ville et de toutes commodité
Très très bruyant , ménage à revoir et équipement très vieux( balaie, lave linge ne fonctionne pas , vaisselle sale, coussin canapé vieux et sale ) Pression de la douche nul Manque la climatisation , il fait très très chaud

The cleaningness was not good when we arrived. The host was kind enough to wait for our delayed flight until 1AM. Would recommend for 6 people, no more
