Cute Madeiran big house, we had a nice stay there (we were only 2). Very clean, with a little bit of paint to redo, but good price value.

Une maison parfaite, au coeur des montagnes avec vue mer. L'endroit est idéal pour se reposer après une randonnée et éviter la foule de Funchal. La maison est fonctionnelle et propre (malgré une invasion de fourmis dans la cuisine). Si je retourne à Madeira, je choisirai de nouveau ce logement.

Casa com 4 quartos. Um dos quartos faz ligação com outro quarto, pelo que se forem 4 casais pode ser desconfortável. A casa está localizada numa zona de acessibilidade por escadas, pelo que para pessoas com mobilidade condicionada pode ser bastante complicado. Foi bastante fácil ir a todos os locais de interesse, a casa está localizada num ponto central da ilha, pelo que de carro pelas vias rápidas se chega rapidamente a todo o lado. A casa tem bastante loiça e todos os eletrodomésticos necessários para cozinhar.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is large, clean, in a nice quiet place with beautiful views. Communication with the host was very good, all our questions were answered immediately. Overall we were very satisfied and we can recommend staying here.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz um draußen zu sitzen und einen schönen Ausblick zu genießen. Die Betten sind bequem und in der Küche ist alles, was man benötigt, vorhanden. Der Kontakt verlief super freundlich und unkompliziert, wenn wir Hilfe benötigt haben, haben wir sie sofort erhalten. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf der Insel, es ist nicht weit nach Funchal und auch der Ortskern mit schönen Restaurants ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Benk Villa. Great location for exploring the island and the views from the balcony are excellent. Good internet, fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds are just a few things that make it a great stay in Madeira!

Spacious house with a lovely view, a convenient base to explore the west of the island if you have a car (free parking on the street). Note that there are steep stairs (about 60 steps) to get to the house. Also, for light sleepers, roosters, dogs and church bells might make it difficult to sleep in!
