Check-in until: 22H (There may be exceptions to this when validated in advance)
Parties and events are not allowed. Noise is not allowed from 22H. Not fulfilling these rules implies the total loss of deposit or even expulsion from the property.
Youth group bookings under the age of 20 are not allowed.
Garage Parking: spaces are for light vehicles due to access (by elevator, with weight limit of 2000kg).
Where to pick up the keys: at the apartment.
Monthly rentals: Expenses (Electricity, Water, Gas...) are included in the price until max .: € 100
Tourist City Tax: if applicable, it will be charged at check-in.

Tive uma estadia muito tranquila no apartamento em Lisboa. O espaço é moderno, muito bem localizado e atendeu perfeitamente às minhas expectativas. Apenas uma observação: a garagem funciona por elevador, o que foi um pequeno desafio devido ao tamanho do meu carro — mas no fim deu tudo certo, hehe. No mais, tudo ótimo! Agradeço especialmente à Gabriela pela eficiência e cuidado no momento do check-in. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar!

Great location and looked just like the pictures. Beautiful bathroom. The garage elevator takes some getting used to. Best for smaller cars, we had a large sedan and it was a tight fit with some scratches. Only down side was the lack of any staples in the kitchen (sugar, coffee, tea, oil).
