This holiday home in Sintra is spread over three floors and comfortably accommodates up to 9 people (with the possibility of accommodating up to 12 people). On the ground floor, there is a living room, equipped kitchen, half-bath and direct access to the pool. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with 4 single beds, as well as a half-bath and a full bathroom. Air conditioning is available.
The pleasant outdoor space is a plus, just a short distance from Lisbon! It offers a private pool, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. It's the ideal environment to relax, enjoy the sun and socialize. Another plus: private outdoor parking is available.

Check-in until: 22H (There may be exceptions to this when validated in advance)
Parties and events are not allowed. Noise is not allowed from 22H. Not fulfilling these rules implies the total loss of deposit or even expulsion from the property.
Youth group bookings under the age of 24 are not allowed.
Garden & Pool Maintenance: Occurs once a week
The owner may occasionally access a separate storage area beneath the house. Guest areas (house, pool, and garden) are fully private and will not be accessed at any time.
Final Cleaning Fee: 60€ (Paid at check-in)
Where to pick up the keys: at the property.
Monthly rentals: Expenses (Electricity, Water, Gas...) are included in the price until max .: € 100
Tourist City Tax: if applicable, it will be charged at check-in.
