Parties and events are not allowed. Noise is not allowed from 22H. Not fulfilling these rules implies the total loss of deposit or even expulsion from the property.
Youth group bookings under the age of 24 are not allowed.
Garden & Pool Maintenance: Occurs once a week
The owner may occasionally access a separate storage area beneath the house. Guest areas (house, pool, and garden) are fully private and will not be accessed at any time.
Final Cleaning Fee: 60€ (Paid at check-in)
Where to pick up the keys: at the property.
Monthly rentals: Expenses (Electricity, Water, Gas...) are included in the price until max .: € 100
Tourist City Tax: if applicable, it will be charged at check-in.

Pleasant and peaceful stay but could not take full advantage of all the facilities due to inclement weather conditions;
Equipped with fantastic modern facilities and located in a beautiful area.
Very vulnerable to Power outage when cooking and using appliances and heating. It happened at least 4 times in 3 days!! Wish it had a portable heater in the ground floor bed room for cold nights/months!!

The place was awesome. A lot of space for outdoor activities. The privacy of the building was not so good in terms of completely visible sitting areas from the street and the access to swimming pool. Otherwise it was excellent, clean, well maintained place

Beautiful home and in a very nice area. House was super clean, each bedroom had its own bath/shower which was a plus! The boys enjoyed the pool. Only downside was the access to the pool was not from inside the house. Other than that, it was terrific.
