#76835. Very quiet
The host accommodated & saved us at the last minute when a gas leak at my original apartment prevented us from moving in. Because the shift in reservations was made too late in the day to check in, he offered to have local staff meet me early the next day. They let us move in & leave luggage while the cleaners were called back. The place was supposed to be vacant for a week so the cleaners hadn’t got there yet, but they had everything in fine shape by the end of the day. Be aware that both bathrooms have secondary hot & cold ware shut off valves on the outer walls which have to be turned fully counter clockwise. We thought they were towel hooks & shut off our own water until we figured it out. Place is newer with big outdoor patio. In a busy commercial neighborhood yet very quiet. All the glass windows & patio doors have electrically controlled exterior metal security blinds that roll up & down to keep the place from heating up during the day & provide extra security when you are out.

Excellent location of the apartment. There is a supermarket nearby, you can walk to the embankment. Communication with the host is perfect.

Great apartment in a great location. Quite simple furnishings so if you are looking for a luxurious stay this is probably not the place, however the pool and terrace are lovely additions. A perfect base to explore the city!

#74241. We really enjoyed the stay
Communication and Check-In was easy. To access the pool you have to switch floors, its shared with other entities of the building and there are no sunbeds or umbrellas. Nevertheless, most of the time we were the only ones at the pool, and just brought something to lie on. Was really great to have something to cool down in the middle of the city. We really enjoyed the stay and came around a lot by foot and public transportation.
