Brya Black Apartment, in the historic center of Lisbon, is an excellent option to spend a few days with family and friends. Come lose yourself in the ancient streets of Alfama!
This short-term rental with Wi-Fi in Alfama was recently renovated. It has three bedrooms, two double and one twin room with bunk beds. The living room, modern and very welcoming, will provide you with a great time with your family and your group of friends! The kitchen, fully equipped, lets you prepare your cooking. It also has at its disposal two bathrooms with showers.
Located near the Sé cathedral, which does not relieve your visit, you have a lot to visit near you. Just 15 minutes walk to the Baixa / Chiado that puts at your disposal a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and everything you need.
We recommend a visit to a house of Fado in Lisbon, where you have the opportunity to taste Portuguese cuisine while drinking a glass of wine and hear a beautiful Fado.

From Lisbon Airport, catch the metro to São Sebastião (red line). Exit in Alameda. There, catch the metro to Cais do Sodré (green line) and exit in Baixa-Chiado. Then, catch the metro to Santa Apolónia and exit at Terreiro do Paço. The apartment is 550 meters away. However, a good alternative is to take a taxi or Uber from the airport.
Nearest car park: Chão do Loureiro (400 meters on foot, 3 minutes by car).

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement plein de charme. Nous avons apprécié les 2 SDB et l’accès direct au tram 28. Seul bémol : la chambre du fond donne sur la courre du restaurant, il y a un moteur qui tourne toute la nuit et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause de l’odeur de vieille friture très désagréable.. lorsqu’il fait chaud ça doit être un problème…

Esperienza positiva ed estrema gentilezza di il padrone di casa che ci ha accolti e ospitato i nostri bagagli nella giornata in cui abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento. La casa è nel centro storico della città e si trova sulla linea del Tram 28, con la fermata a 10 metri dall'appartamento. La cattedrale di Sè è a 100 metri, mentre la piazza del Commercio è a cinque minuti a piedi come il resto del centro. Appartamento ampio e comodo al primo piano e con due bagni. Perfetto per sei persone. Ci ritorneremo.

Appartamento molto comodo per 6 persone (ottimo avere 2 bagni). Buona posizione, vicino la cattedrale e a 15 min a piedi dalla strada principale.
Pulizia non ottimale, si potrebbe migliorare e arredamento un po’ vecchio

L'apartement est bien équipé, ustensils de cuisine, premier necessaire, machine à laver le linge, tv et 2 salle de bain et toilettes!
Les lits ne sont pas de très grande qualité et l'appartement n'est pas bien insonorisé du coup le tram 28 passe toute les 5 minutes sous la fenetre...

Le lieu idéal dans le centre de Lisbonne, la taille de l'appartement, la vue exceptionnelle, la gentillesse du propriétaire, la possibilité de louer plusieurs appartements pour être avec des amis, au pied de la cathédrale et du tage, le tram 28 passe sous nos fenêtres
Des appareils défectueux (bouilloire et micro onde ne fonctionnent pas), la propreté (vaisselle sale)
