Parties and events are not allowed. Noise is not allowed from 22H. Not fulfilling these rules implies the total loss of deposit or even expulsion from the property.

Youth group bookings under the age of 20 are not allowed.

Note: There is a Lisbon city tax of 2 EUR per person/per night is not included in the total price and should be paid upon check-in. This Municipal Tourist Tax is subject to a maximum amount of 14 EUR per guest. The tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. The total amount of this tax is charged by the city hall, the apartment owner is only responsible for collecting it for the authorities.

We had a very nice stay with the host! Our initial booking had some issues before our arrival that could not be fixed in time, but the host was very proactive in finding us a new accommodation and made sure we were taken care of. She provided clear instructions and the new accommodation was as advertised. We did have some trouble getting into the apartment, but the host was wary responsive in helping us get the apartment unlocked. Our accommodation was lovely and looked as advertised — the location was in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and attractions. When we arrived, there were only two bath towels for our group of 4 but the host was very helpful in making sure someone came to drop off additional towels. I will note that we struggled with having enough hot water for even one shower, let alone for everyone in our group of 4. The water would often turn cold halfway through one shower. Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno nell'appartamento, tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione, la lavatrice è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il quartiere è abbastanza lontano dal centro città ma è ben servito, un po' scomoda l'assenza di un ascensore in quanto le scale sono abbastanza strette. Sicuramente Consigliato

Opieka gospodarza bardzo dobra, odpowiada bardzo szybko na wiadomości i jest bardzo pomocny. Mieszkanie dobrze zlokalizowane, okolica spokojna, dużo sklepów, komunikacja miejska w okolicy dobrze rozwinięta. Mieszkanie wygląda ja na zdjęciach, jedynie na piętrze przez to że jest poddasze, wysokie osoby nie mogatam spać, bo będą mieć problem żeby się wyprostować choćby pod prysznicem. mieszkanie posprzątane, trzeba tylko uważać na stronę schody

El alojamiento fue excelente para 6 personas. Tal cual se detalla en el anuncio tiene una habitación con baño completo privado y otra en la planta alta con otro baño... además de un living-comedor con sofá cama, cocina y un toilette. Bien equipado, con lavarropas, limpio y funcional. La ubicación es algo alejada del centro (unos 20 minutos a pie) aunque el barrio estaba bien. Buenas índicaciones de el anfitrión para ingreso y salida.

The flat is very well designed and has been optimized to max out the space capacity. Bathroom’s vanities are taylored as well as the showers and the kitchen, Smeg appliances. Stairs are waiting to be renewed as well as the main door, but that’s very common in Lisbon so don’t get surprised about it
