Directions
From Lisbon Airport, catch the metro to São Sebastião (red line). Exit at Alameda. There, catch the metro to Cais do Sodré (green line) and exit at Baixa/Chiado. Lastly, change to the blue line towards Santa Apolónia. The apartment is 900 meters away. However, a good alternative is to take a taxi or Uber from the airport.
Nearest car park: Vila Macieira (450 meters on foot, 3 minutes by car).

#75021. Lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood
Lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood. Away from busy tourist areas but still close enough to walk. Very clean and had all amenities. It would have been nice to have a few staples (salt, pepper). A great kitchen to cook your own meals. Very comfortable space for 2 couples with a sofa bed for 2 more if needed.

Everything was great and as shown on the images. Strongly recommend for long-term stays. Upon our arrival we got two keys as requested, and communication was very efficient. The location is really nice. It is approximately 5-10 minutes from Graca, on top of a hill with three great viewpoints (Miradouros) over Lisbon (two over the city center and one facing up the river) and and 5-10 minutes from Alfama (old part of the city with lots of restaurants and narrow streets). It is located on a one-way street with not a lot of traffic and little noise, while the "main street" is a parallell street 2 minutes away. Concerning public transport, the Santa Apolonia train station with trains outbound north (Porto, Coimbra ++) are a 5 minute walk downhill. Moreover, bus route 735 heading uphill to Sapadores/Penha Franca/Alameda (next to IST campus) is a 1 minute walk away. It takes approx. 20-25 minutes to walk to the city center (Baixa) through Alfama and along the river and 30-35 minutes to Chiado/Cais do Sodre. I also recommend visiting some of the local restaurants in the neighborhood - they are really good!

A perfect stay in a nice apartment. We like the bedrooms, the bath, and the climate control. The communication was fast and friendly. The apartment is near the City and the bus- and train services are perfect.

Brand new flat, quiet and peaceful! Location is not really Graca and is a bit far from city center but overall very good value for me. Comms were very good.
