The flat is very well designed and has been optimized to max out the space capacity. Bathroom’s vanities are taylored as well as the showers and the kitchen, Smeg appliances. Stairs are waiting to be renewed as well as the main door, but that’s very common in Lisbon so don’t get surprised about it

La comunicación con la anfitriona ha sido fácil y con respuestas rápidas. El apartamento se ubica en una zona tranquila, con zona verde donde se puede aparcar con facilidad (recomendamos la app para poder ampliar tiempo de zona verde cómodamente sin necesidad de ir físicamente al coche). El apartamento es cómodo y práctico, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La planta de arriba puede resultar algo incómoda para personas altas, por los techos bajos, pero nosotros sólo subíamos para dormir, no nos molestó en absoluto (y era tal y como se mostraba en las fotos). Lo recomendamos sin duda. Muchas gracias la anfitriona!

Les photos et descriptions sont très fidèles. Appartement situé sur une hauteur de Lisbonne, avec des fenêtres traversantes et velux permettant une bonne ventilation. Pas besoin de climatisation donc. Équipements très propre et de qualité, cuisine parfaite avec tous les ustensiles utiles. Lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro ondes, four et plaque de cuisson etc... au TOP. Très bien situé pour descendre vers le Tage, la gare Vais de Sodre et toutes les animations de la ville. Pour cette saison fin mai début juin, Excellent rapport qualité prix pour une si belle capitale.

séjour agréable dans un appartement silencieux et pratique. le plafond de la chambre et de la salle de bain de l'étage est très très bas donc ne convient pas aux personnes de 1,75m et plus je dirais : les grands dorment en bas les moins grands en haut

Appartement idéalement conçu pour un séjour en famille, de très bon niveau. Une chambre avec salle de bain à l'étage plutôt réservée au enfants, le plafond sous le toit doit mesurer approximativement 1,80m. Environnement très calme Transports en commun tout proche 2 petits bémols: - remontée d'odeur d'égout - un peu loin à pied des centres d'intérêt (2 bons kilomètres)

L'appartamento è molto carino nel suo insieme. Sono presenti molti utensili dal ferro da stiro a alle stoviglie in cucina. Zona molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo un po' lontana dal centro. Sulla stessa via è presente la fermata dell'autobus che porta al centro. A pochi passi c'è la fermata del tram 28. L'unica pecca dell'appartamento è la mansarda un po' troppo bassa con degli spifferi d'aria, ma dalle finestre della stessa si vede un bel panorama sulla città.

Tuvimos una estancia cómoda en el departamento. No es la mejor ubicación al centro de la ciudad caminando pero tienes el tranvía 28 relativamente cerca. Es un departamento muy completo. Eso sí, no es recomendable la planta alta para personas altas puesto que los techos son bajos.
